RunOnProof provides source-scoped decision infrastructure. Each response, catalogue record, and integration declares its product ID, jurisdiction, source coverage, freshness, limitations, and machine action. Those declarations are the operational boundary of use.

Do not treat a listing, HTTP 200 response, or no-match as broader certification. Stop or route to human review on REVIEW, HOLD, RETRY, UNKNOWN, NO_DECISION, stale evidence, or unavailable required sources. Do not automate an x402 payment from an HTTP 402 response; payment requires separately authorised review of the exact quote.
