The public Streamable HTTP server is https://api.runonproof.com/v1/agent/mcp. The official Registry identity is io.github.runonproof/cdo@3.0.0.

Use initialize, notifications/initialized, tools/list, and tools/call on the same endpoint. The five UK commercial solutions are exposed as bounded Tools. Paid Tools return the exact canonical x402 resource URL; the MCP server never signs, pays, or settles automatically.
